Relationship Guidelines
Our clients are important to us and we continue to look for ways to improve service along these dimensions: reliability, consistency, thoroughness, flexibility and your complete satisfaction. We always appreciate your feedback.

Rates:
In our mutual best interest pricing must be fair, reflective of the
time we invest to meet or exceed your standards. We will monitor
the actual cleaning time in order to reevaluate rates. Please know
that in order to clean thoroughly personal items, clothes and toys,
etc. must be picked up. We are happy to do it for you, though our
quoted rate does not include it and your cost would increase.
- *Skip/Reschedules:
When we commit to clean your home on a scheduled day we reserve a
team and time slot for you. If you need to change your appointment,
please call our office at least 2
business days in advance
so we can plan for your team and alert other client households. For
unavoidable situations use our Late
Cancellation option for $65.
Lock outs are $95.
*If a cleaning schedule is skipped,
we may need additional time to catch up, so there may be additional
costs on the subsequent visit.
- Payment: On cleaning day please leave a check on the counter. MasterCard and VISA payments may also be arranged. Payment for the initial appointment may be by credit card or invoiced. Time spent and price depends on condition and detailing. We charge $35 per man hour per person ($30 if weekly or bi-weekly service is committed).
- Discontinuation of Service: If you choose to discontinue please give us the courtesy of a 30-day notice. Remember we can also clean for you occasionally on a per hour basis.
- Pets: Your pets are important to us. For their safety as well as ours, please let us know how they should be handled. Due to health issues you are responsible for handling any pet waste.
- Breakage: We work cautiously, however, accidents happen. Identical replacement is always attempted but not guaranteed. For this reason, we request all irreplaceable items (whether monetarily or sentimentally valued) be stored and/or not cleaned by us.
- Blinds/Shades: If you have blinds in your home we will operate them to allow light into the room and to dust them. Blinds are mechanical, with parts and strings, stressed by sunlight, age and use. We can not be responsible if they break when we operate them. If you prefer that we not operate them please call our office ahead of time.
- Winter Time: Please be sure walks and driveways are clear so that we can access your home safely.
